Why this panel

Portable daily replenishment.

The current US 200W panel listing combines a folding design, ETFE lamination and MC4 connectors. BLUETTI publishes 24.6V open-circuit voltage and 10.8A short-circuit current. These electrical details matter as much as the 200W label when matching a station.

Where will you use the panel?

Start with a measured daily consumption figure. If your main job is replacing camera, lighting and laptop energy, compare that total with the calculator. If your job is repeated high-power cooking or heating, address the energy demand before assuming a portable panel solves it.

Estimate solar production

How much energy could it collect?

At four peak-sun-equivalent hours and a 70% allowance, the illustrative daily collection is 560Wh. For a 1,024Wh battery starting empty, that is not a one-day full-refill promise, even before considering charging limits or equipment running at the same time.

Estimate = selected rated watts × peak-sun-equivalent hours × delivered-energy allowance. The default 70% is an illustrative system allowance, not measured performance or cell conversion efficiency. Peak-sun hours mean an equivalent amount of full-strength sunshine, not hours between sunrise and sunset. This is not a weather forecast or compatibility check.

Selected panel quantity: One 200W panel. Shade, heat, cable losses, charge-controller limits and battery charge acceptance can reduce energy collected. Loads running during charging reduce net stored energy.

What to check before buying

The merchant URL contains SP200L, while the current page uses a generic 200W title and warns against mixing models. This guide follows the current US specification table rather than treating the URL as proof of a manufacturer model number. Confirm the physical label, manual and cable before connecting.

Check voltage, current and connectors

Check panel open-circuit voltage, operating voltage and current, the receiving input’s limits, connector polarity and required cables. For multiple panels, verify the complete array. Cold conditions can raise open-circuit voltage; do not design to a voltage maximum without the required correction and margin.

Sources and limitations

Sources and limitations

No exact-model independent bench result is asserted here. BLUETTI’s current listing supplies the specifications; AZSP supplies the planning example. The listed short-circuit current should be checked against the receiving system’s instructions rather than dismissed because actual charging might be lower.

Manufacturer specifications, reviewer findings and AZSP planning calculations are distinct sources of information. No output, charging time or installation outcome is guaranteed.

Before you choose

Can I connect two panels just because the station accepts 400W?

Not on wattage alone. The arrangement also changes array voltage or current. Confirm the exact panels, supported wiring and receiving-system limits before buying cables or connecting an array.

Can the panel power household AC appliances by itself?

A solar panel supplies variable DC power. Household AC equipment needs a suitable compatible battery/inverter or other approved system. A panel alone is not a household backup station.
